The Ask
Electrical Elite is one of the best in the business, but their online presence didn't reflect that. They came to us with two related problems: they needed a steady stream of content for their social channels, and they needed a better way to recruit skilled electricians. The catch? They couldn’t afford to have their operations disrupted for a long, drawn-out production. They needed a lot of assets, and they needed them fast.
The One-Day Blitz
Our solution was to plan and execute everything in a single, jam-packed day on site. We ran a tight schedule, capturing what we needed for the recruitment film, the social ads, and a comprehensive photo library at the same time. The goal was maximum efficiency. While one setup was being filmed, we were shooting stills in another area. We moved through their facilities and a live job site, getting authentic footage of their team at work without getting in their way. It’s the only way to get this much material without turning a one-day shoot into a week-long headache for the client.
Content for Months
The post-production phase turned that single day of footage into a massive arsenal of content. We delivered over 30 individual video edits, cut into various lengths and formats for Facebook and Instagram—15-second spots, 30-second cuts, and plenty of b-roll clips for ongoing posts. Along with the full photo library, their marketing team now has a bank of high-quality, on-brand material to pull from for the foreseeable future. No more scrambling for something to post.
Recruiting the Elite
The recruitment video was the cornerstone of the project. This wasn't a standard 'we're hiring' piece. It was designed to show, not just tell, why a top-tier electrician would want to work at Everett. We focused on the quality of their projects, the professionalism of their team, and the culture of excellence. It gives potential hires a real look inside the company, helping Everett attract the specific type of talent they’re looking for.
