Videographer & Photographer in Toronto
Videographer in Toronto · Photographer in Toronto · Video production and commercial photography in Toronto, Ontario
Corporate video production and commercial photography for Toronto and GTA teams — brand films, recruitment video, executive interviews, product and facility work, plus licensed drone.
Now playing: Dimplex Smart Baseboard Installation →Studio 204 works across Toronto and the GTA as a corporate video production company and commercial photographer. We shoot brand films, recruitment and culture video, executive and thought-leadership interviews, product and facility content, event coverage and commercial photography for head offices downtown, plants and warehouses in Scarborough, Etobicoke and North York, and teams spread across Peel, York and Durham. We plan around Toronto realities: load-in windows, building permissions, elevator bookings, tight boardrooms, and executive schedules that give you forty minutes instead of a morning.
Canada's largest market — headquarters row, financial district, and a dense concentration of manufacturing, healthcare, and B2B brands within an hour's drive.

Toronto has no shortage of production companies, and plenty of them are good. What we offer is a senior, small crew with no layers to bill: the producer you talk to is on the shoot, the person who directed your interview is involved in the edit. We arrive with our own cinema cameras, lighting and audio, commercial insurance and COIs for building management, and licensed drone pilots when the site allows it. For clients with sites outside the city, the same crew covers Toronto and the corridor north to Barrie, Orillia and Muskoka without switching vendors.
Business video production for the teams that hire us most.
Video production & commercial photography we've delivered.

Machine Gun Kelly's Grey Cup Halftime
The CFL brought us in to photograph Machine Gun Kelly’s halftime performance at the 103rd Grey Cup. Our job was to get the shots, even if it meant shooting in a Winnipeg blizzard.

Milestones' Cross-Canada Social Campaign
We hit the road with Milestones for a coast-to-coast tour to capture the local stories and flavours that make each restaurant unique. It was less of a corporate roadshow and more of a mission to build a mountain of authentic social content.

The Look Company: Covering the World
The Look Company makes big impressions on a global scale. We created a brand film to showcase the full scope of their work, from NHL rinks to FIFA stadiums and massive retail rollouts.
Dimplex Smart Baseboard Installation
Dimplex needed to show people how simple their smart baseboard heaters are to install. We created a series of clean, clear videos in both English and French that get right to the point.

A Year in Chatham-Kent Tourism
Chatham-Kent asked us to show off the region year-round. We spent a year filming across the municipality to build them a four-season library of marketing assets.
Casino Rama Resort: All In on Content
We helped Casino Rama Resort go all in on new marketing, creating a vault of assets for their website and a broadcast TV spot. We shot everything from hotel suites and slot machines to Scotty McCreery on the main stage.
Common questions from Toronto.
- Do you shoot in downtown Toronto and the GTA?
- Yes. We shoot regularly across downtown Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, and out through Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Durham.
- Can you provide insurance certificates for our building?
- Yes. We carry commercial general liability and equipment coverage and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your property manager ahead of load-in.
- How much does corporate video production cost in Toronto?
- Most projects land between $8k and $60k CAD depending on shoot days, crew size, talent and post-production scope. Send the brief and we will quote the real number.
- Our executives only have a short window. Can you work with that?
- Yes. We pre-light and pre-set audio before executives arrive, run tight prepared interview blocks, and can capture a usable interview in thirty to forty-five minutes.
- Can you shoot photography at the same time as video in Toronto?
- Yes. Booking photo and video together on one Toronto shoot day is significantly cheaper than two visits and gives marketing stills and footage that actually match.
- Do you fly drones in Toronto?
- Where it is legal and permitted. Our pilots are Transport Canada certified and we handle the airspace and site permissions, which in much of Toronto means planning ahead rather than deciding on the day.
- Are you a Toronto company?
- We are based north of the city and work in Toronto constantly. Practically, that means senior-crew production without downtown overhead built into your rate.
- Can you cover multiple sites in one project?
- Yes. Multi-site campaigns are a large part of what we do — Toronto head office plus regional plants or branches, shot by the same crew for a consistent look.
