The Look Company: Covering the World

The Ask

The Look Company does a lot. And when we say a lot, we mean covering entire FIFA stadiums and NHL arenas, not just printing a few posters. They are a global leader in large-format printing and environmental branding, but their story was fragmented across hundreds of unique projects. They needed a single, powerful film that could connect the dots for new clients and capture the true scale of their operation. The challenge was showing this massive diversity—from Home Hardware stores to the World Cup—without it feeling like a disconnected slideshow.

The Plan

Our plan was to skip the corporate talking heads and focus on the work itself. We decided the film’s structure should follow the journey of a project from their shop floor to the final, public-facing installation. This approach allows the viewer to see the craft and machinery behind the scenes before witnessing the impressive final product. We mapped out a shot list that prioritized scale, movement, and energy. We wouldn't just show a finished Walmart display; we'd show the crew installing it, bringing the space to life. The goal was to build a rhythm that felt both industrious and epic.

The Work

We got our cameras inside their massive production facilities to film the giant printers, the rolls of fabric, and the teams making it all happen. We paired this footage with dynamic shots of their finished work in the wild. We wove together examples of their most recognizable projects: rink boards and stadium graphics for the NHL, massive branding installations for the FIFA World Cup, and widespread retail branding for clients like Walmart. By cutting between the meticulous work in the facility and the high-profile final placement, we created a direct line between their process and their world-class results.

The Result

The final film isn't a sales pitch. It's a two-minute demonstration of capability. It gives their sales team a tool to immediately convey the trust that global brands place in them. The film effectively solidifies their identity not just as a printer, but as a crucial partner for executing ambitious, large-scale branding projects anywhere in the world.
